Recent Highlights

  • Kwikly Corporate Summit

Kwikly’s annual summit marked the first time their full team—36 employees—had gathered in person since the company began operations, making the three-day event both a major milestone and a meaningful investment in company culture. Hosted primarily in St. Paul, with additional experiences at Mall of America (Fair on 4) and an awards dinner at the Hewing Hotel, the summit was designed to make employees feel valued while delivering strong strategic content about the company’s direction and future.

I led the planning and execution of the event from start to finish, overseeing event strategy, scheduling, transportation, food and catering coordination, décor and atmosphere, vendor management, and on-site logistics across multiple venues. The program blended company planning, professional development, and a keynote from Warren Rustand with moments of connection and celebration. Every detail—from the flow of the agenda to the guest experience—was carefully managed to ensure the event felt seamless, energizing, and memorable for the entire team.

  • Fredrickson Learning 40th Anniversary

Fredrickson Learning’s 40th anniversary brought together approximately 200 guests to celebrate the organization’s history, community, and continued impact. The event was designed as a high-energy, joyful evening—complete with two live bands, dancing, great food, and a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere that encouraged connection and celebration while honoring the company’s four decades of work.

I supported the planning and execution of the event across every major element, including venue coordination, food and catering, décor and overall atmosphere, program flow and run of show, vendor management, guest invitations, signage, and on-site execution. From the pacing of the evening to the flow of the guest experience, each detail was carefully managed so the evening felt thoughtful, well-run, and genuinely special for the people in the room.

  • EO Minnesota Holiday Party

The EO Minnesota holiday party brought together approximately 75 members, strategic alliance partners, and their spouses or significant others for a festive, high-energy evening built around a Mardi Gras theme. With dueling pianos, a lively photo booth, and custom hurricane glasses for every guest to take home, the event was designed to feel celebratory, social, and genuinely fun—an end-of-year thank you to the community.

I led the planning and execution of the event across all major elements, including venue coordination, food and beverage planning, décor and atmosphere, program flow and run of show, vendor management, guest communications, signage, and on-site execution. From the smallest details to the big moments of the night, everything was thoughtfully managed so the experience felt smooth, well-run, and truly special for the people in the room.
